The plot is about as free of holes as a colander but has some rather memorable antagonists and a surprisingly solid ending. There are some unfortunate pacing issues where pretty much the entire back half of the game is two packs each of a dozen consecutive setpieces with only ONE brief opportunity to properly scavenge some spare ammo. The stamina meter while not as broken as the first game still sucks and will get you killed repeatedly. The weapons are nice and have good ‘punch’ to them, and the stealth… works. It feels like someone gave Resident Evil 4 a semi-open world and replaced the campiness with stealth mechanics.
